About ICEOLATED CLEANING

Built to clean what matters.Driven to protect what performs.

ICEOLATED CLEANING is a Canadian-owned mobile dry ice blasting company serving industrial and automotive clients across Ontario. It was created to solve demanding cleaning problems with a controlled process: help facilities remove stubborn buildup from essential equipment with fewer secondary steps, and help vehicle owners, shops and collectors expose condition and preserve the details that make a vehicle worth maintaining. Every project begins with the surface, contamination, access, safety controls and result required.

Why ICEOLATED CLEANING was created

Years around safety, construction and industrial projects revealed the same maintenance problem.

Working across numerous construction and industrial environments provided a close view of how real projects succeed or fail: the work must be planned safely, coordinated with operations, completed to a consistent standard and handed back without unnecessary delay.

Equipment cleaning repeatedly stood out as a necessary task that could become an operational burden. Quality could vary. Access was difficult. Machinery might require extensive dismantling. Water, chemicals or abrasive media could create additional controls and cleanup. Most importantly, the cleaning window could consume time the plant needed for maintenance and production.

That experience led to a search for a more controlled, precise and mobile option. Dry ice blasting was not chosen as a universal answer; it was chosen as a specialized process that can remove difficult contamination while reducing secondary steps on the applications where it fits.

The industrial foundation

Safety, quality and productive time belong in the same plan.

They shape how every job is assessed, prepared, controlled, verified and handed back. A clean surface is only a successful outcome when people, equipment, production requirements and the agreed finish have all been respected.

  • Understand the operating environment and production window before mobilizing
  • Define what must be removed, what must remain and how acceptance will be verified
  • Plan safe access, energy isolation, ventilation, compressed-air controls and containment
  • Coordinate with maintenance, operations, safety and quality requirements as applicable
  • Match airflow, pellet feed, nozzle, angle and distance to the actual application
  • Collect removed contamination, protect nearby assets and leave a clear handoff
The automotive passion

Vehicles are more than a second market. They are a genuine passion behind the company.

ICEOLATED CLEANING’s automotive work grew from a long-standing appreciation for the engineering, workmanship and character found in vehicles of every kind—from daily-driven and fleet vehicles to performance builds, collector cars and specialty equipment. That passion makes the details matter: original finishes, hardware, labels, service points and the true condition hidden by years of grease, road film, cosmoline, adhesives and previous repairs.

The goal is not simply to make a vehicle look cleaner. It is to remove the buildup that makes inspection and service difficult, reveal what is actually there and preserve the components and materials that deserve protection. Engine bays, undercarriages, drivetrains, suspension assemblies and mixed finishes are assessed individually so the process is matched to the vehicle—not forced onto it.

The automotive foundation

Passion sets the standard. Preservation guides the process.

The same discipline used around industrial assets is applied with an enthusiast’s eye for originality, condition and detail.

  • Understand the vehicle, its history and the owner’s goal before mobilizing
  • Identify what should be removed, what must remain and where condition is uncertain
  • Protect sensitive openings, electronics, aged finishes, labels and adjacent surfaces
  • Match airflow, pellet feed, nozzle, angle and distance to each material and assembly
  • Use representative test areas when finish, age or prior repair creates uncertainty
  • Leave the vehicle easier to inspect, service, document and appreciate

Two specialized markets. One operating philosophy: assess first, protect the asset, control the process, verify the result and be clear about limitations.

Our approach

The right result starts with an honest application assessment.

Dry ice blasting is a specialized process, not a replacement for every cleaning method. Before work begins, ICEOLATED CLEANING reviews the contaminant, substrate, surface condition, access, surrounding equipment, operating restrictions, safety requirements and desired result. If heavy rust, durable coatings, deep porous contamination or another condition calls for a different process, that should be clear during scoping—not discovered after work starts.

01

Safety-led planning

Ventilation, CO₂ accumulation, noise, flying debris, stored compressed-air energy, cold media, energy isolation and site-specific procedures are considered as part of the work.

02

Quality of workmanship

Settings, coverage and acceptance criteria are established for the surface and result required, with test areas used where condition or compatibility is uncertain.

03

Professional preparation

Access, protection, air treatment, containment, collection and work-area coordination are planned before the nozzle is activated.

04

Asset protection

The purpose is to remove contamination while respecting finishes, seals, labels, components and nearby property that need to remain.

05

Operational awareness

Industrial work is scoped around maintenance and production realities; automotive work is scoped around service access, preservation and presentation.

06

Clear communication

Scope, exclusions, protection requirements, expected result and customer responsibilities are explained before work so the same standard guides the job and handoff.

07

Facility requirements

Where applicable, the work is coordinated with the owner’s sanitation, quality, contamination-control, permit and release procedures without claiming to replace them.

08

Honest suitability

Recommendations are based on the actual application. No process should be forced into work that another method can perform more appropriately.

The brand

Iceolate the Problem. Restore the Performance.

The name describes the working method. First, isolate the problem: identify the contamination, affected area, surface, access and constraints. Then choose the right parameters and controls to remove what is interfering with inspection, maintenance, appearance or operation—while protecting what needs to stay.

Industrial

Production equipment, food and beverage systems, conveyors, packaging and printing lines, molds, dies, tooling, weld cells, power and heavy-equipment applications—planned around facility controls and maintenance windows.

Automotive

Engine bays, undercarriages, chassis, suspension, brakes, drivetrains, adhesives, protective residue, selected coatings, collector vehicles and automotive production equipment.

Mobile

The process is brought to the project as a complete mobile service, with the system configuration, access, ventilation, operating controls and debris management planned around the application without publishing proprietary equipment details.
